Perhaps you know Tryffelsvinet in Kivik, the little house in the middle of the square that has been running since March 2021, deeply inspired by Italy and the Mediterranean.

In late summer 2024, we opened Kivik's 'little sister' Tryffelsvinet Ystad in the old train station.

Both restaurants reflect us, what inspires us, and what we love! Focus on details, amazing ingredients, developing and 'simple' with high flavors. Professional and knowledgeable service without being stiff, personal, genuine, and relaxed is what we enjoy. We want Tryffelsvinet to be a place where everyone feels welcome!

We hope and feel that we also have a familial, personal, and wonderful atmosphere among the staff.

We give so much of ourselves and our awake time; it is important to enjoy going to work.

We want you, the applicant, to have a good dose of professional pride in what you do and a genuine interest in food and the entire industry. Additionally, a few years of experience in service with a la carte.

Attributes like good work ethic, punctuality, working well in a team without hierarchy, staying updated and knowledgeable, maintaining order, and keeping clean are not just good qualities for us; they are prerequisites.

In Ystad, we are open from February until the end of December. Day and evening shifts 5-6 days a week depending on low/high season. This position primarily involves evenings and weekends.
